How did it work out $1.99 as buy one get one free?
Also the coupon says “one coupon per purchase only on product(s) indicated” This always gets me at target, they only accept one per transaction due to verbiage like this. I feel like a real dork at the counter when they do this, i never know what to say.

No, one coupon per purchase means one per item. If you have two shampoos, they are two purchases. That wording is there to prevent people from trying to use more than one manufacturer coupons on one item. If it was one per transaction it would state that specifically on the coupon. s, CVS allows a coupon to be used on free items as in this case. Aly used 2 $4.00 coupons to apply to the $9.99 price point. Bringing the total to $1.99 for both bottles which is an AMAZING price on this brand!!! I’m going early tomorrow to stock up for fillers in a couple Christmas presents I’m formulating in mind. Just hoping there’s still some on the shelf when I get there. Hope this helps you 🙂

Did this tonight at cvs. 1.99 for both bottles. Also got 9.99 revlon eyeliner on sale for 5.99 and used the 3.00 revlon coupon so 2.99.
None of our stores here allow a coupon to be used on a “free” item.
You can pricematch the white coconut shampoo and conditioners to target.com. 6.39 instead of 9.99. Makes it a moneymaker

In target is a moneymaker if you buy 4 and price match 6.39 with target website.
so I bought 4 at 6.39 each used off 4/4$ coupon plus 5$/20 beaty coupon this week and i got 10$ gift card. 5.44 mm
I second the price match deal at target. These shampoos are eligible for a gift card promotion buy two, get $5 gift card. If they let you price match four items, you would have a huge moneymaker if you also combine the $5 off $20 beauty coupon from the circular. If they only let you price match one like item, get one conditioner, one shampoo, use two coupons and you will get a $5 gift card back and they are both free!
Target’s price match policy lets you price match OR use a target coupon. You can’t do both.
Is that still the case when you are price matching with their own website, I wonder?

Manufacturer coupons: manufacturer coupons will be applied after the price match is made.
I think they were talking about using the $5 off $20 TQ with a price match.
I guess it depends on your target. Mine let me use the $5/20 coupon and do the price match, so it could be worth a try. Otherwise, just buy two with the price match and get the $5 gc and get them free.
What a great deal….just got back from CVS and bought 6 bottles (3 shampoo and 3 conditioner) for a total of $4.47 plus tax. My store had these priced at $9.49 each. I did not separate the orders…used all 6 coupons in one transaction without the dreaded beep from the machine. Thank you very much for the deal.

I wish I could print more coupons for this deal. It will only let me print two from my laptop and none from a phone or iPad. Such a great deal. 🙂 I happy though with what I got.
Cashier wouldn’t let me use 2 coupons since coupon total (8.00) exceeded the total – lame yes but still for this shampoo a good deal for 6 bucks – I should of got 4
I try price match but I couldn’t price match one of the items because it was out of stock on Walmart.com.Target doesn’t allow u to price match if item is out of stock online.😖 The Employee said since I was price matching I couldnt get gift card.(epic fail).😖 So I went to CVS.
I did the following deal-price matched to target dot com: 2 Proganix quench at $6.39 & 3 Biore cleansers at $5.99. Total w/out tax $30.75 – $5(off $20)Target Q, -$8 Proganix MQ, -$6 Biore MQ: Total $11.75. Used $5GC from Garnier deal last week. Paid $6.75 plus tax. Got $10 in GC back. $5 for 3 Biore. $5 for 2 Proganix. Even without the GC going in to make it a moneymaker, it would be like getting it all for $1.75 after figuring in the GC! 🙂
