my two sons went in last time (i had sleeping babies in the car), and they each got one.
It depends on who is at the front desk. Sometimes, my 2 kids & I all get a sample. Sometimes just 1.
Good luck getting this. Last time I tried, some 3 years ago, I called first and the store owner intimated she was not going with the freebie offer. Was quite curt abut it. Left a lasting bad impression for something I would probably have eventually bought.

I was able to easily get my sample last week. The employee was really friendly . She explained the sample flavor and showed us the different sizes if we chose to purchase in the future .

I just called my local store…the 30 piece box is around $45 then 1/2 off. And my store said they need an hour to make the boxes you can’t walk in and get them. 🙁

If you call your local store, they should reserve a 7 piece sampler for you if you request one. If you find that your store is not participating, see the notes on their facebook page. The company said this is a nationwide promo and all stores should have. If your store does not have, send and email or message to their corporate office. They will likely have them make one for you.

Last week my husband and I went in for our 7 pc samples and each were given 6 pcs. The employee seemed to be in a rush and promptly handed them to us and immediately went to the back before we were out the door. Sad because I wanted to order something for my sister’s birthday.

Rember if your store states that they are not participating in sample Wednesday’s, they are completely in the wrong. Corporate states that ALL stores are required to participate, it’s not a voluntary event for them. They are obligated to give you the correct free sample and if they don’t, corporate wants the store number so they can speak to them about their conduct.
My store only gave me a 6 pc :c but oh well !! it’s free so can’t really complain 😀 Thank you so much Collin, you’re awesome !!

Called ahead and they said they had plenty — but when I went with my husband, they said they only had one. Not as bad as what happened to my son — he walked from his college campus to get one, and they only gave him a choc covered banana bite!

Went to two different nearby locations (wanted to get one for each of my parents for their birthdays). First one gave me the pieces in a cone parchment paper which was annoying and messy to drive with. The next store gave me a nicer sample box in an actual box.

Collin, we LOVE hearing about these freebies! Please don’t stop. It just wasn’t our day though. My daughter and I tried for two different freebies today and struck out at both places. They opened a new Aldi market here and we missed out on the free reusable grocery bags then we stopped for this edible and were told “we were slammed today” and didn’t have anymore. I had called two hours earlier and was told yes, they were participating. Timing was just before the after work crowd would have arrived when we got there and NO one was anywhere near the store when we went in. I hate to be skeptical but reading all the comments above makes me think they can say they are participating and then just be out of product, sadly. On the positive side, we’ll keep trying!! Please enjoy them yourselves and not save them for teachers baskets. They will most likely get thrown out by the teachers since they will be a big melted mess.
