Target: *HOT* Kid’s Halloween Costumes & Accessories on Sale Buy 1 Get 1 FREE (Starting 10/4)
Target shoppers! As I mentioned yesterday, starting October 4th, Target will be offering up a Buy 1 Get 1 FREE sale on ALL Kid’s Costumes and Accessories, which should make for some AMAZING deals! This sale will run through October 10th in-store (and I’m not sure if they’ll be offering up a similar online sale? Hopefully so!).
With that being said, I checked the regular prices on various Halloween costumes and accessories today to get an idea of the deals we’ll be able to score. AND keep in mind that these deals may end up being even sweeter if there are Target coupons and/or Cartwheel offers to stack! 🙂

Went to my Target today in GA to check out which costumes to get for this sale and the shelves were bare of kid costumes. There were tons of dog and adult ones though. I sure hope they stock the shelves before this sale.
Planning on going tomorrow to check out the costumes with my kid.. So I know what I need to get.
Off topic… No shop your way door busters since many days ??I mostly miss it always and now I am checking more often, there is nothing. Even the surprise points I am getting all are kinda waste. Spend $35 to get $5. After getting some free surprise points habit is spoiled now 😀😀
I got a doorbuster yesterday, and another about 6-7 days ago. As far as surprise points though, I’m with you there. I have several $5 off $30, etc and not much else. And if you’re not using those (which I’m not), you’re gonna continue to get less & less.
SWY is experiencing problems. The tech team updated the Fit Studio and SWYR site on 9/19 or 9/20. Point rewards, logging in, joining is a nightmare as the updated software did not work. They are backlogged in owing thousands of members weekly points plus the points they lost due to this fiasco.
I forgot to mention that Sears and Kmart are also in deep financial trouble. I fully expect the points to end at some point in the near future.

My FitStudio updated yesterday and was awarded $5 for this week. I honestly think SYW is the BEST rewards system. I tend to buy more (almost $500 oop this year) because of the awesome bonus points and surprise points. Before SYW, I never went to Sears or Kmart, so I think it’s good marketing imo.
Oh is it??? I never knew this. So if we don’t use those ( which I am also not) then chances of getting better ones in future is less??
So I’ve read, but I’m not 100%. Seems to be the case for me lately though.

I’ve given after-halloween clearance costumes in dress-up boxes at Christmas. They’re usually picked over and this might make them close to the same price with a better selection. I have two little nieces to do this for this year, so I’m going to have to go and check it out!

Has anyone tried getting a price adjustment for a BOGO-type deal like this?
Does anyone know the return policy of halloween costumes. I want to buy for my niece but she wont be here during the sale period so i may buy two or more to see which ones she like
I’m sure with a receipt you will just get what you paid. I.e.: you bought 2 at $20 and got 2 free. If you took back your free one and one that you paid $20 for you would get $20. You might want to do separate receipts for like priced items so your return is hassle free. 😊 HTH
When you return the item if it was BOGO free and they were $20 – each would get a return value of $10
If I were you then I would go to target and buy two items now because if anything goes on sale within 30 days then they price match, I bought a Spider-Man and batman costume for my boys for $10 a piece and I know they won’t be available Sunday after church to buy because their will be people lined up for this sale.

I’m not sure about price matching…but they should do a price adjustment within the time period. As long as you bought the required items (ie two for this sale.) They wouldn’t give you one for $10.
Agreed LP–although this sounds like an awesome deal, I decided not to wait and went ahead and bought my kid’s Halloween costume online from Target yesterday for $10! Did instore pickup, with no problem. Was just afraid with this BOGO coming up, there’d be nothing left. I went to my local Walmart and there was literally nothing in my kid’s size, and very little overall. Plenty of grownup stuff though!!
My store already has the costumes on sale so yesterday when I went there was close to nothing. I was hoping to get one for my baby girl n one for my son but no.
Does anyone know if this sale will be online as well? They don’t sell the costume my son wants in the store, and I don’t think I’ll have time to make it

Target does carry 2 different Hulk Costumes. One was about $20 and the other was about $35-$40.
