This company has horrible customer service. Ordered through them and glasses arrived with a cracked lens. Tried contacting customer service for two weeks and would get no answer or be told returns would contact me. After three weeks of this they offered me store credit to repurchase same glasses once they were returned, however the glasses no longer qualified for discount. I will not puchase through them again

It’s great they offer virtual try on but can’t do it on my galaxy smartphone cuz it doesn’t support adobe flash player. Hmm. Guess I’ll be looking elsewhere. Maybe Zenni?
