I downloaded this the app and saw the confirmation that it takes 3-4 days. It’s been over a week and I still don’t see the rewards. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

Yep. My Jcpenney too. The knit baby and toddler items were over priced at 97¢. I went there just to check out this deal and everything in the store was overpriced. Kind of like how Kohls marks items up to put on sale. So aggravating!

I was at a Huntington Beach store this past weekend and didn’t see anything great in the toddler section.
Did anyone get their JCP order from the hot deal last week? I called customer service and they said my order had been canceled!
Same here! When the lady I talked to on the phone said that it was cancelled, I asked her to hold on to see if my CC was charged, and she hung up on me! That’s unspeakable!
I got my order but I purchased a $25 item and paid out of pocket for the difference.
I placed 4 orders and got 3, they charged me for all 4 though. I called and they credited me back for the last order since the items were out of stock now.
I just asked this the other day too. I finally did get my 2 orders but I paid $2 for one and $8 for the other. I not sure if that made any difference or not though.
I never received mine, called today and got AWESOME customer service. First, he reshipped my items expedited. Second, he credited my account with THREE $10 rewards. My total was only 98 cents. He apologized and blamed my order not getting to me on the computer system.

I’m fairly certain that with the rewards program if you sign up it gives you the credit the NEXT month, that’s how it is with the spending as well, if you spend $100 one month, you get the reward the following month.
That might be why some of you havent gotten it yet. I signed up before the end of the month and i got it this month.

Does JCP reward points expire? I remember having 54 points on my acc half year ago..but now its not there…
They expire at the end of the month.

You should be able to see the rewards when you sign in to your account.
Anyone get usps tracking numbers from the 9/24 deal that are still saying “not found”? Customer service was zero help. All they could say was that the computer was showing that the items have shipped. Well, duh.
Thats what mine says. The original order confirmation said it would be delivered by today tho so I’m waiting to see if it shows up before I call about it
I had the same thing happen to me. Called, they said that they switched computer systems recently and there has been some glitches. They expedited my order and they gave me $30 in rewards.
I actually just got off the phone with them because my tracking # is not found as well and it said latest it should arrive is by today when I placed the order . All they told me was that they can’t track it either and if it doesn’t come tomorrow give them a call back.
Are you referring to the late night $10 off $10 plus free shipping sale that was posted here on hip2save? if so my order got canceled and i received a check in the mail just a few days ago for the $1.01 that paid!
I downloaded the app and 5 days passed I didn’t receive my reward and I just called customer service ( they were so nice ) she added my ten dollars for me it showed up in minutes.

I wasn’t able to find any .97 stuff, but what I did pick out rang up different prices than what was labled. I was having a hard time getting the cashier to adjust the prices to match the signed sales and the price tags. Finally the Store Manager came out and talked to me. She gave me a $20 GC for my next trip just for the trouble. Plus I ended up scoring 2 ties and shirt for $11! Pretty Happy with JCP customer Service today. That was very nice of them and not at all expected.
