We also had it shipped to store and got the run around about the bowling outfit and how I only ordered one outfit and it was my fault. (Wow!) A manager ended up coming over and working with me. She realized how shady customer service was being about the whole thing and gave me 4 outfits that they grabbed from the back of the store! Very grateful for that amazing employee today!

I have to say I usually LOOOVe Target- but when I ordered these ship to store I had a bad feeling. I waited for it to be cancelled- but then we got the email it arrived! However when I went to pick it up today myself and another woman I didn’t know both had the same issue, they were trying to give us just 1 of the items from this bundle. The manager ( who looked like he was 16) tried to tell us that it was like a grab bag. Bull!! I have to say I really lost my taste for Target- it shouldn’t have mattered if I had the order shipped to home or store- this was just super lame on target’s part. Then when I tried to call Guest Services- they couldn’t even tell me how long my wait would be lol! Just another case of a big business not standing by either a typo or a mistake on their part. With the holidays right around the corner you would think the manager would have gone with the “customer’s always right” and tried to help me and the other customer. I’m glad some people DID get them so I know I wasn’t crazy and this offer DID EXIST!!!!! lol
wish I would have shipped to home then too, because I got the end of the deal where they tried to give me one bowling outfit instead of the 4pk retro set. No one, including calling corp is helping out at all-just cancelled my order and told me, “sorry-there’s nothing we can do”- it doesn’t even exist on the website anymore! I even showed them the picture in my email and the price. So mad!

I just received an email from target after my BBB complaint. Said it was for one outfit, offered an apology and a $10 gc. what a bunch of bull. no matter how good the sale, this is the last time i shop at target. said the same thing about walmart 4 years ago and haven’t been back ever since 😆
I had a very frustrating experience also! I chose to ship to store and they tried to give me the one outfit. When I showed her my confirmation email stating the 4 outfits she said it was no longer in stock or in their system. Wasted 45 min going around about it so I called corporate and their customer service was even worse. They disconnected my call twice when supposedly “processing” the $5 gift card they offered me in return for all the trouble. What a waste of time!
