Does anyone know if newborn or preemie clothing fits these dolls well? I’m thinking the sales racks will have trendy clothes without the hefty doll clothes price tag.

Carters preemie sleepers fit bitty baby perfectly and I was able to get my granddaughter a matching sleeper for herself. Altogether I paid $18 for matching pjs for her and her doll, MUCH cheaper than what AG would charge! 🙂
There are a few preemie dresses that fit my daughter’s 18″ dolls.. but for the most part they are still too big.
The sleepers fit the bitty babies. The dresses might fit as shirts and bottoms as capris. I’m not sure what size would fit the bigger dolls as far as sleepers and dresses. A preemie dress fits the bitty baby like a dress as well.
My daughter put preemie clothes on her AG dolls all of the time. The sleepers make cute pajamas.
I get my daughter’s doll clothes at joann’s. They are around $10 but rarely on sale so you can use the coupons and get them for a good price. They have really cute doll clothes.
Preemies are great for the bitty babies, you can pu clothes in Targets brand of these dolls-they fit fantastic on the 18″ dolls.
