   I got this deal today and used that extra buck to score 2 gallon milk @2.69 for paying 55 cent and got back 2 dollar extra buck

  I thought we couldn’t use ecbs on milk? It worked for you?

   That is what I mostly use my ECB and % off non sale coupons on. Milk, eggs, half and half, nuts. I live in NJ, never had a problem.
