I just ordered these and it showed my total with the $20 off, but my confirmation email from staples does not show the $20off coupon. Does anybody know if this is normal?
Were you able to sign into your Visa Checkout account during purchase?
Yes, I created a new visa checkout account, entered all my info it took me back to the staples site, showed the coupon and my total was $56.xx. But email said $76.xx. I have sent staples an email. Will respond to this once I have an answer in case others have this same issue.

Deal is no good. Here is the response I got which stinks since it showed taking the coupon off at checkout.
The Visa checkout coupon is limited to regularly priced items. Since your printer has already been discounted, the order does not qualify. Please see the terms and conditions below.

And I just sent them a not so nice response. The way this went down was very dishonest on their part. I should have never showed the coupon in my total if these didn’t qualify.
