   I was unable to find the up and up personal care target mobile coupon. The one I received was for the up and up household purchase of $5 or more, which does not include handsoap 🙁 Do you know if the Offers sent are by region?

  There is a $1 off $5 up & up household purchase, then there should be another $1 off $5 up & up personal care coupon a few spots underneath that one.

  You can do upto 6 cartwheel transactions but only once with the target mobile coupon. Upon using it, the mobile coupon gets deactivated preventing future uses. Hope that helps.
