The doorbuster banner is gone already. Those go fast.

    • Jen

My bad. The banner is gone for me, because I already entered. A little silly that I can’t remember these sorts of things. 🙂

  2. Jessica

    Just got it!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      Yay! 😀

  3. Haseena

This one has been available since Monday afternoon, I even emailed Collin about it. Very surprised it’s lasted this long because usually these go very fast.

    • Just Me

Me too! It was posted days ago twice by commenters

    • Sara

Me too, I got this Monday, shocked it’s still available.

      • Christine

Here also. Got this early on when it was posted in the comments so mine expires on the 26th

  4. Lolie

    Thank u! Got it!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      You’re welcome!

  5. Jeni

Can’t find it from iPhone any suggestions??

    • Jen

Use the app. I wasn’t able to find it using the link provided either because it would search products. In the app, go to sweeps and use the search feature there. Once I “liked” the videos games I had to completely shut the app down then reload and there were my Points Yayy. Thanks Collin!

      • AP

I use iPhone too and I searched products when I first started doing these. There are actually two magnifying glasses for searching. The bigger one at the top right is for searching products. A bit under that is the smaller magnifying glass, that’s the one for searching sweeps. Hth!

  6. Amani

    Rhanks. I got it.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      YW!

  7. vanessa

hmmm, it says I am officially entered but I don’t see any surprise points.

    • Erica

      Refresh and try again

    • sarah

Took me logging out and back in to show!

    • vanessa

      That worked, thanks!

  8. Laura

    Got it! Thanks!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      You’re welcome!

I don’t have a Sears nearby. What can I buy with these points with minimal out of pocket payment? There are so many exclusions, seems almost impossible to get anything for free. Any suggestions?

    • kay

Kmart – drinking glasses (wine pub etc) dishcloths dishtowels halloween items (teeth paint)

      • Emily

Wash cloths, kids gloves, hangers, baby toys, socks. Do u have a kmart nearby?

        • melissa rice

          Thanks Emily!

      • melissa rice

        Thanks Kay!

Anyone have any good ideas on items you can actually use these points on?? Looks really limited and I can’t think of anything that’s NOT excluded based on this fine print:

.ExcludesLands’ End, Food, Household Cleaning, Beauty and Health Care, Fragrances, Cosmetics, Office and School Supplies, Batteries, Party Supplies sold in the Greeting Card department, Books and Magazines, Prescriptions, Pharmacy, Alcohol and Tobacco items, all coupons, clearance and other surprise points. Cannot be combined with associate discount for any in-store purchase or Family & Friends discount.

    • vanessa

I’m thinking about using mine on the 50% sale they have on windex wipers for my car. I’ll pay just $8.98 for two wipers.

    • Angela

I usually get stuff out of the HOME department. Or those plastic food storage containers. I also order online and pick up in stores. Because any time I try to checkout in the store it’s always the wrong items and the points won’t apply. So ordering online is a lot easier for me.

      • Amber

Ditto. I always order online. So much easier and already paid for.

      • Just Me

I only have a small crappy sears so most of the cheap items aren’t available :/. I did get a flash light and a box candy since I found out they work on candy!

    • kay

Kmart – drinking glasses (wine pub etc) dishcloths dishtowels halloween items (teeth paint)

Sears– hand soap small hand tools washcloths

Ive ordered AA batteries gotten them free and others have said they gotten clothes on clearance

    • krishna

I bought single can of play doh for $1 each at local kmart

    • Kathleen

Thanks for the ideas! When I get points like this at CVS/Walgreens, etc, I always tend to zero in on cleaning and beauty products, which are both excluded. Maybe I’ll put them toward a new spatula, since the handle has broken off mine!

    • Sara

I’ve been getting hand towels in store, they cost like $0.99 with the surprise points. Or drinking glasses, lately I’ve been getting stemless wine glasses. In store they also have 2 packs of kids gloves for only $1.99. I find it easier to spend in store; lots more stuff under $2. Plus I found in store they work on clearance, even though they say it’s excluded and the $1 hand soap should be excluded too, but it’s working for people in store.

  11. debi

Got points. Thanks. Btw the Polo Red Ralph Lauren fragrance for men is $35 now on Amazon…a bit cheaper than before.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      Thanks for the heads up!

      • debi

        Yw 🙂

  12. Char

I got 10.00 worth but off 150. So not a great deal for me in suprise points. I never get any just free points.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Sorry to hear that, maybe next time!

  13. Beth

I read the fine print and it says ” Excludes other surprise points”. Does this mean that I can’t combine all my awarded points together in a transaction? Can I only use one set of rewards at a time? I have 4 different offers that add up to 20 dollars.

    • Lindsay

I, too, have this question!!! I thought things combined….but I think I might be wrong and would love to know from a ‘veteran’ before heading to the store!

      • Emily

You can combine regular points with one surprise point award at a time. Place separate small orders for in store pick up.

      • Angela

Any of the surprise points will not combine, it all has to be used on separate transactions. If you have earned points by purchasing stuff, then those points will combine with your surprise points.

        • Beth

Thanks for the info!! I ended up getting the monster high shoes for girls for a dollar and some Ariel leggings for a dollar!

    • debi

If u cant combine these small amts it would seem silly…but prob correct..im wondering now…

      • debi

Incentives to buy and use a cple free dollars…nobody likes wasting free dollars…lol..but yea combining small amts would be nice..as i said above..

    • kay

U can not combine surprise points … Ull have to do multiple transactins … I find it best to order online n pickup in store but did go yesterday had 6 transactions to get hallowen pails cuz couldnt order online – so more then r in store but time consuming with the transactions

But if u have regular points u can use the with surprise points

    • sarah

      Cant combine, sorry.

  14. Brandy

    Thank you!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      YW! 🙂

  15. Jen

Could I say use them on baby wipes in store and use a coupon?

  16. rosana

I also had $5 in my account already went in this morning to get fruit snacks an a 24 pk of water completely free with my points plus got hanger with the sweeps pts.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      Great score Rosana! 😀

  17. Sara

I was told you couldn’t use surprise points on any consumable item, meaning anything you open and use. Like diaper wipes, diapers, soaps, etc, etc. It excludes nearly everything but toys, home decor or clothes.

    • Just Me

I bought a box of whoppers ( candy) last week with points. I’ve also used them on clearance items though that is hit and miss.

    • tia

I get bodywash most of the time.

  18. Andrea

There’s a cute 4×6, clear, magnetic picture frame for $1 that you could use with these points and order 2 of them.

  19. Oshea

Won’t let me complete. I think I hit done after answering the first set of questions & was supposed to hit something else.

  20. Denise

Ladies..anyone know how you can tell when one of the sweeps is for surprise points. I’m amazed at how many sweep entries there are! I thought someone said it’s highlighted or something like that?

    • Erica

Totally wondering the same. How do you find doorbusters?

    • Rebecca

I don’t know how people find them other than randomly scrolling lol, but it’s the ones with the doorbuster banners in lefthand corner. I never find them myself, I use the cuckoo for coupon deals app & it sends a notification when they pop up. Those questioning what to use them on, I use mine at Sears on $1 hand soaps, matchbox cars for stockings, cheap panties & bras, and clearance clothing…although usually they say it excludes clearance, still works. At Kmart (which I rarely go to), I have used them on makeup, pullups, and utensils like pizza cutter, etc. As well as cheap card games and yet more matchbox cars lol.

    • Rae

I go to sweeps, and then in the search bar (in sweeps) I enter “door busters” and it will pull it up. It will have a pink banner across the top of picture for the sweeps that is active as a door buster. HTH

      • Denise

        Thanks Rae that helps:)
