Quick question, when using cartwheel and coupons which one are you supposed to use first. Today at target I went to do the dreft deal. I ended up spending 21.96, because the cashier made me use the cartwheel after I used my manufacture coupons. When I calculated it when you using the cartwheel first and the manufacture coupons my oop was only supposed to the be $17. What is the proper procedure
CW will always apply after Target coupons only, manuf coupons do not have any bearing on how CW is calculated. So you can have CW scanned first or last, it won’t matter. When it first came out, using CW first would sometimes jam the register, so I still prefer to have the cashier scan CW last.
