   Lids is being very deceptive with this “sale”! I purchased an Auburn dress for $10 when Collin posted a 50% of clearance a few weeks ago. I noticed it is now $9 with the additional 40% off which should have made it $6. Shame on Lids!!!

   Lids has absolutely terrible customer service. You can check the Better Business Bureau.

   I have ordered twice when they were doing a clearance sale and even though the website said they had it in stock, they didn’t. But they charged me for it any way. When I never got a package I called them back and found out I would NEVER get my order but was charged any way. They didn’t believe me and wanted me to send a copy of my bank statement to PROVE they charged me.

   Huge mess. Buyer beware!!

  I agree!! I ordered last time this was posted and they send me a shirt when I ordered a hat. Now I have to send it back to get a refund. Also I’m still waiting on one of my packages to come and hopefully it is what I ordered! My order shipped in 3 different shipment and they never sent me an order confirmation.

   I have also had a terrible experience with their shipping! Great deals, but I ordered 4 items on 10/12, have received no shipping confirmations to this day. I have contacted customer service 4 times, only 2 responded and I get conflicting information. Still no items have been received and after reading the comments, I hope I get the right things!! Beware!

  Same here. Ordered 8 items last time. Called me that my order was ready for pick up yet it’s only 1 of my items. Cust Serv couldn’t help the Assoc figure out where the other items were. I mean seriously if you only send part of the order, send any conf so that we know. They say that they pull your items from stores close to you to fulfill your order so it may be sent in multiple pkgs. ok so do most retailers & they send you a notice about it. It is annoying but now it’s becoming the norm in many cases for some odd reason. 😡

   I actually have had the complete opposite- great customer service and have found some major steals with these deals! I’ve already stocked up on birthday and Christmas gifts and plan to do more. Maybe it depends on the item you buy or the Lids store you go to, but I’ve had all positive experiences and get excited about these deals. 🙂

    I ordered tonight–decided to use PayPal so if there are any issues they can back me up. Hope it works, got a screaming deal on Red Wings hats for my husband and son as well as Lions and Tigers ornaments for my nephew and Godson for Christmas!

    I also used PayPal for my order. I was able to get my husband a long sleeve Sharks shirt and fitted hat, my nephew a Sharks T, and myself 2 Sharks jersey sweaters and 2 Patriots vintage sweaters all for $98. My Christmas shopping is almost done!!
