try to log in to your account then look for the certificate, they will show it in your account, because i didn’t receive the email too, but I check it show in my account. hope it help 🙂
The codes are tied to an individual account. Not sure they can be shared.

I had three coupons! I was just able to use them ALL in one transaction online. I am sure the store is the same way.
