I have a love-hate relationship with Kmart, I also got no points (even though it says you will get them) and that was after trying forever to get through them because it kept freezing. Ugh.

No points for me either:( I’ve never gotten any with these sweeps things, but figured I’d try one more time. Now I’ll just continue to ignore them because it never works to get any points even after going through all of the steps required.
actually u get the points when there is a pink doorbuster sign on it.when the sign is gone u don’t get the points if u enter after that.u I always enter quickly before the sign goes.I never miss points.
I was able to combine the points and get a $7.99 Craftsman flash light at Sears for free! A nice little gift to add to my Dad’s Christmas presents. 🙂 Thanks, Collin!

Forward the email to info@shopyourwayrewards(dot)com and explain the situation.
If you are shopping online, simply add $50+ worth of items to your cart. (be mindful of the exclusions) When you go to check out, a couple steps in there is a section where you can apply your points to your transaction. It should then subtract the $25 from your cart. I hope that helps! 🙂

thanks Collin! this site is definitely not the most user friendly, but i have gotten so many FREE things shipped to my door, when I combine the surprise points, fitstudio points from my fitbit, and shop your way max free membership. Something in every room; kitchen utensils, leggings, towels, candles, organic essential oils, melissa and doug toys, the list goes on!
I did the surveys and got $8! woot! Plus I had $20 off $25 in surprise points so I got a Disney princess baby doll, a sofia purse my kids can color themselves, and a playskool toolbench shipped right to my door for FREE! Thank you!

Has anybody ever done the promotion where you “Get $25 back in points when you spend $25 or more at one of our featured brands this week”? I wanted to try it, but am not sure how it works. This banner is advertised on the Shop Your Way Rewards website.
I’ve done the $10 back when you spend $10 at rewards partners. You have to link a credit card and USE that credit card after clicking through the shopyourway partners page to get to that store. Your credit will not be instantaneous–it usually loads to your account so and so many weeks after the promotion ends (see fine print in details).

how were you able to use your points. My account shows the $5 and $3 but Everything I add, it doesnt show that i can use my points. I never have this problem. Is there something different about these $8 points?Thanks

Put something in your cart and check out pass the page “who will pick up you or someone else” and most of the time it will then show you have the surprise points to spend. Hope this helps. I learned this the hard way.
I did this at 11:00am eastern time. Usually points show up right away but the site was having issues. I did receive an email “Did you receive points, etc” and when I clicked through to the surprise points page there was nothing
I, too, did it this morning, and got the “Did you receive points…?” emails, but upon checking, I still haven’t received the $8 worth of points. 🙁
