I called shutterfly with this issue before. As long as you have the persons email address for the account you want to switch it to, they can do it over the phone for you!

Just a FYI code expires today – 12/16 but Shutterfly refuses to take it – they claim it is already expired on their end -I waited for 45 minutes for an online chat (while on the phone w/75 minute wait never did get through was disconnected) that went nowhere again Shutterfly proves they do NOT care about it’s customers – they told me to call IKEA 🙁
