Enter by mail without making a purchase by hand-printing your full name, address, valid email address, and date of birth on a 4” x 6” piece of paper, and mailing it in a sealed #10 envelope with proper postage to Promotions Team, c/o The Marketing Arm, 1999 Bryan Street, Suite 1800, Dallas, TX 75201 – entries must be postmarked by November 30, 2015 and received by December 8, 2015 in order to be eligible. Once your fully completed Mail-in Entry is received, you will be sent one Secret Reward Card via email with in 15 business days to the email address you provided in your Mail-in Entry. Remember unless your store is close, or easy going… These are limited to using one per transaction (maybe per day.) Just wanted to remind people. That way there isn’t so much frustration when these can be used in December. I kind of wish they would limit them, as I’m sure we’ll see lots of these codes being “sold” later in the month.

If anyone had a Coffeeology account with points the site is closed now. I wrote them and they offered to redeem my points for $10 Amazon or Paypal. I was 5 points shy of a reward also. Said they closed in July.

I was reading the “bonus incentives” part of the rules number v. Could someone explain what that means or exactly how that would work?
LADIES (or men i guess- i dont judge) when you sent your entries in did you use a 4×6 piece of paper or a note-card? i personally, wrote on a 4×6 piece of printer paper and received an email. (im wondering if people having issues wrote on a non blank paper or index cards).
I followed the instructions exactly and also used a piece of paper (that I cut to 4×6.) I’d be curious to know also if those using note cards were getting their emailed rewards?
I cut a sheet of paper 4×6 n followed all the instructions and mailed one daily for the angel period and only got one email reward card! 🙁

Each person is allowed to send in one free entry per day. So it really isn’t greedy to get one per day for the promotion. I’ve send in one per day since I was allowed and have received 4 emails. It only becomes a problem when they are misused, which they were last year. Rumor is you have to print each email this year. People were adding them to Google wallet last year and using more than one per transaction. VS makes a lot of money from this promotion and honestly I’m thankful for the mail in entry.
No, you don’t have to print each email! I received my code today and the email clearly states this: “To redeem online or in catalogue, enter Card Number and
PIN below in the Gift Cards & Secret Rewards field of the
payment section during checkout. To redeem in stores,
simply print this email or show your mobile device
and present the barcode at checkout.”
Ive only sent a couple since it started for general access. Ive used index cards and i think it would pretty ridiculous if you cant use those..you guys that are uaing regular printer paper and have already gotten emails, when did you start sending in?

Ladies, the #10 envelopes are not always marked as “#10”, therefore you can basically look by their size, which is the following: 4.13 in x 9.5 in.

I sent in mail in eateries for the Early access Angel from Oct 16 to Oct 26. One per day. On 4×6 cut out copy paper written with blue inks. Till today I have only recirved one
It takes time, I sent in from 13th until now, missed a day or two and have only received 4.
