Best Buy Rewards Members: Check Email for Possible Mystery Reward Valued at $5-$5,000

Yay! If you’re a Best Buy Reward Zone program member, be sure to check your Inbox for a possible email containing a special “Mystery” Rewards Certificate. You’ll want to look for an email titled “Up to $5,000 Mystery Reward Inside” from MyBestBuyInfo@emailinfo.bestbuy.com. If you also received this email, be sure to print the certificate inside the email as it contains a Mystery Reward valued at anywhere from $5 to $5,000!

Just bring the Mystery Rewards certificate to your nearest Best Buy store by 11/7/15 and ask a store associate to scan it to reveal the value. If the value of the certificate is $5 to $500, you may redeem it immediately through 11/7/15 at participating Best Buy stores (not valid online). If it’s worth 250,000 Reward Zone points (= $5,000 in Reward Zone certificates), you’ll need to call the toll-free number printed on your receipt by 11/13/15. Redeem your certificate in a single transaction with a total purchase price equal to or greater than the value of the certificate.

*Come back to let us know if you also received this Mystery email!

Besy Buy couponOh, and who all was able to request the *HOT* $20 off ANY order offer I mentioned here!?

(Thanks, Chanel, Wendy, Jared and Belle!)

I got this email! I can’t wait to see which reward I earned!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      Sweet!

  2. Donna

Can we check the value online?

    • Junip

The details on it say you have to check the value in the store. It only has a barcode, no online cert #. Can only be redeemed in store too.

      • Donna

        Okay thank you!

  3. Allice

    I got the email.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      Yay! 🙂

  4. Musk

Is there anyway of knowing the value of the cert without going to the store?

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

It doesn’t look like it 🙁

    • skygunner68

I got the app NeoReader and soon as the barcode showed readable, about 1second, it read the code. You might see if this app is still offered.

We were able to get the Visa Check out code after the second games started this afternoon. I wonder if they hold some back since games start at several times on Sundays.

I’ve seen it confirmed elsewhere if your coupon barcode in #1 is 400044976000 it is for $5. That’s the barcode I got. At least it is a free $5!

    • Jennifer Reaves

Thanks!! That’s what I got. Gonna use it when I go buy Inside Out on Tuesday!! I’ll gladly take $5 off. I just got a $5 certificate for my birthday. I wonder if they will let me use them both together

      • Thomas

You’ll be able to use both of them. I used both the last time they had this mystery coupon.

So excited for another reward! Just used my $5 birthday reward on a stocking stuffer. I found Arthur Christmas for 3.99 and bought candy to get over the $5. I’ll be hunting for another deal later this week 🙂

  13. Krystal D

Trying to use my $20 off for an order on Best buy.com it keeps saying there is a glitch and try again. Am I the only one getting this?

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Sorry to hear that Krystal. Are you able to try it in a different browser? Hope that helps!

      • Krystal D

Thanks guys I looked at my order closer and it was trying to apply an old credit on top of the gift card. As soon as I removed the old code it went through without problem! Thank you so much I got Inside out for just the cost of tax!!!

    • Heather

Use it where you use gift cards. If you use it in promotional codes you get that message.
