If you’re a Best Buy Reward Zone program member, be sure to check your Inbox for a possible email containing a unique coupon valid for a FREE Insignia Portable Speaker with your next in-store purchase of $50 or more. You’ll want to look for an email titled “Prepare for gifting glory” from MyBestBuyInfo@emailinfo.bestbuy.com.
Also be sure to check your Inbox for a possible email containing a special “Mystery” Rewards Certificate –> look for an email titled “Up to $5,000 Mystery Reward Inside” from MyBestBuyInfo@emailinfo.bestbuy.com. If you also received this email, be sure to print the certificate inside the email as it contains a Mystery Reward valued at anywhere from $5 to $5,000! Just bring the Mystery Rewards certificate to your nearest Best Buy store by 11/7/15 and ask a store associate to scan it to reveal the value.

How do you sign up for emails? I’ve been a Best Buy Rewards Member for a few years and don’t get these promo emails. I’ve looked through all the settings online and don’t see where I can select or change email preferences. Thanks!
Same here…..don’t receive them either.
I used to get emails regularly and then they stopped and now nothing. Very disappointed with them and the last customer service experience I had.
Same with me. A couple years ago I used to get these promo emails. Now nothing. I emailed them this morning to see if I’m still subscribed and why I don’t get any more promo emails from them. They replied that I’m still subscribed and to just be on the look out and check my spam mail… Still nothing. Oh well…

What is this program… Is it like a like Kroger card or macys/kohls card
It’s not a store credit card but a store rewards program similar to grocery store cards. More you shop the more points you get that add up to $5 off reward coupons. You do get more points with their store credit card.
Best Buy does have a cc that gives rewards, in addition to the free card.

I have the same frustrations. I have been a Best Buys Rewards member for years and haven’t gotten either of these emails. I have checked my junk, spam and clutter folders and I am just not getting it. I logged into my account to make sure it was still active and I am good. Just not receiving the emails. 🙁
