I had that problem too and they tried deleting the account for me and trying again but it never worked….they just gave me a 10 credit in my email because of the issues.
When I checkout do I have to give the cashier something so that I get points for purchases?
They should ask for your phone number each time you checkout, which will link to and pull up your rewards account.

I have to vent about JCPenney. Yes they have great deals but as a mom of a 2 year old, I need a cart! She tries to bring every Disney stiffed animal home and then runs around. I usually end up just leaving. They need carts!!

Where in the app do you enter your phone number for the $10 credit? I cannot find a place for it.
I went on Sunday and the employees were marking down almost all of the clearance clothes. It was great! I was standing there scoping out the clothes before they marked it down to see if I was interested in it. I was able to get a sweater, a cardigan, 3 shirts and 2 pairs of underwear for $17!!!
A few things were more than 90% off. I didn’t have time to look through everything, but I may have to make a trip back to see what is left.
