Does anyone know how long you have to personalize your cards if you choose “buy now, personalize later”?
PLEASE HELP: I am trying to order the non-photo option holiday postcards and on the backside there is a text option. It won’t allow me to click and edit the back. It shows the generic address/text on display. If I order like that does that side just come plain with no text so you can hand write or will the example text come printed on it. I appreciate your help in advance!! I’d hate to have these come the wrong way and be unusable.
I did it in Google Chrome and was able to click on it and delete it all off on the backside. Try a different browser? Hope that helps!

I just emailed customer service. I picked the cards last night and added the picture and the total was $4 for 25 cards. I went to actually place the order a few minutes ago and the total jumps from $4 to $29 after clicking review order. Not sure what the problem is, but hopefully it can be fixed!
