you can get them shipped to store or your home for free if you order them at the kiosk inside of kohls. You can also use any promo codes there

i cannot see how to get it to “ship to store”…any insight? they are not in stock at my local kohls for “pick up in store”. great deal if i don’t have to pay for $9 for shipping!
When you head to checkout, scroll down through your items and click on the “pick up in store” tab to then find your local store. Hope that helps!
Thanks for posting. After being an Amazon prime member for years I got a little sick to my stomach when kohl s checkout said $8.95 shipping. It was still good deal,I’m just free shipping spoiled I guess.

I was super excited because I was just in the store and wanted to buy two items for my kids for Christmas but they were just too pricey. Now they are both super cheap but it says In-Store pickup isn’t available!! Even though I know my store has the items! I don’t get it. Super bummed. I don’t know why I can’t do in-store pickup now. I’m in Long Island, NY (at least 5 stores within a 15 minute drive) and suddenly NO stores have availability, for any sizes or styles. They were available earlier. I wonder if I can get it shipped for free (at Black Friday prices) if i order from the kiosk in the store…

I have a feeling they are no longer offering in store pick up on these deals. My store has tons in stock but won’t let me choose the in store pick up option. Defeats the purpose of the deal after paying for shipping.

Same here! I went to my store and they had the size 8’s I needed. I asked customer service if they’d honor the online price since online they said they weren’t available in store … though they were right there! He said no. I was pretty confrontational and he didn’t budge. It has never mattered in the past if an item was on sale online and not in the store … in store pick-up has ALWAYS been an option. That is until today!

I could not find the boots within 250+ miles, so I chatted with customer service which gave me a reference number and asked me to call customer service and would waive my shipping fee. Finally got 2 pairs ordered for $27.52 sent to my house!

So frustrated with Kohl’s today. Couldn’t find the boots anywhere near me but I had another order I had to go pick up at my store and guess what!? Every pair of boots that were online are at my store in all sizes!! SO I go back to customer service they really don’t know what to do so they call customer service and I have to talk to them finally after a few minutes they go ahead and honor the $19.99 price but won’t take any coupons at the store due to the price adjustment so still no boots for me. So I come home and call back again and get absolutely nowhere with them she told me I could just wait till Black Friday!! 😠

So, I tried to order online earlier, and every single pair that I wanted showed up as out of stock online, and when I tried to do store pick-up, it said that they were not available at any store within 50 miles of my zip code. I figured that I was just too late.
I stopped at Kohls (the one IN MY ZIP CODE) on my way home from work this evening. Guess what? THEY HAD EVERY SINGLE PAIR in store and IN MY SIZE. The two pairs that I had planned to buy were marked down from $89.99 to $59.99. I took them to customer service and explained the whole scenario.
She did give me the $19.99 price, but said that they couldn’t honor any online promo codes in store. I ended up paying $39.98, which was a great deal with a savings of $140….but if the website had functioned properly, I would’ve saved an additional $14.50!
I cant help but think that this was intentional in order to keep from having to give the sale price to a lot of people.
Same thing happened to me, Ashley. But, mine would NOT honor the $19.99 online price at all. The guy manager tried to make me feel like an idiot. But that’s ok. I flipped it on him LOL. Still left without my boots but I left quite the impression. 😉

I just ordered a pair of boots online. Regular price $59.99. Sale price $39.99. UsedSeasons 10 or Veterans10 promo code for $10 off. Used Turkey30 for 30% off. Used SHIPMVC for free shipping. Final price was $22.25. ($10 off codes expire today I think.)
