ToysRUs Event

Mark your calendars! On Saturday, November 14th from 12PM-2PM, head to your local ToysRUs store for a FREE LEGO Star Wars Build Event where kids ages 6 and up will be able to build and take home a Mini LEGO Star Wars X-Wing Starfighter (limit 1 per child). Go here for more details.

I have an almost 6 year old and a 3 year old. Would they be able to attend one of these?

Wait never mind. I just saw that you have an ALMOST 6 year old. They would not let my son attend until after his 6th birthday for the free builds at the Lego store. Not sure if toys r us is as strict. Good luck!

I’ve never had anyone ask how old my children are. I have a 5 and 3-year-old and never had any problems.

That’s what I’m wondering too! I have a 6 year old and a 4 year old and it wouldn’t be pretty if one could make it and one couldn’t. 😮

I go to one in PA and take my 4 and 2 year old they always let them participate.

I take my now seven year old (we’ve gone when he was six) and my four year old and they always let them take them home. 🙂

YMMV. My store did not give my 3 yr old a set at the last event. I think there was too many people in line and she probably was trying to limit it to one per family or something. *shrugs*

I have never had anyone ask! I only have one child who just turned 6 and we have been going for a year now.

My kids have attended at different locations without issue when they were four and five. If your concerned, call your local store.

I have been taking my kids since before they were 6. I also have a kid who will be 2 in December and every time we go my toysrus lets me get a set for the 2 yr. even though I won’t give them to him yet.

Thanks Collin. I just called our location and they are participating. Does anyone know how often Toys R Us offers these Lego events? My little guy is starting to get very interested in Legos. I’d love to take him to these in the future too.
