I had this before I dropped it and it shattered!! It’s was amazing and I miss it! It works great and doesn’t pull or break your hair. Highly recommended
same here! my daughter pulled it off the counter and it shattered the plates. 🙁 but i bought another one. they are almost always $39 anyways so its not that good of a “deal”

Warning to fellow thick hair gals: I bought this once when H2S posted and it did not work on my think hair. It hurt so bad it brought tears to my eyes. I am glad it works for others but I would worry about trying this with thick hair.

TERRIBLE FLAT IRON! Glad others think it’s great but I have thick hair (maybe that’s why it didn’t work for me?). However, that aside…the thing broke after a day and I had to send it back. Then the second one I got broke in about 3 months. Not worth it to me. I’m back to the CHI! Find it on sale and match it with a coupon from Ulta and call it a day.

I have this and absolutely love it! My 12-year-old daughter has super thick hair and it straightens her hair fine you just have to do it in small sections and it takes a lot longer.

I have extremely thick, frizzy hair that turns Insta-Lion when dried, so a flat iron is a necessity. My hair is 3/4 of the way down my back so also very long. I loved this flat iron! Unfortunately, like a few others, mine fell off the counter after owning it for 2 years and the corner of the plates snapped off which snags my hair so I couldn’t use it.
