Why does it say estimated deliver date 12/21/15?
Your cutoff date for orders was probably yesterday. My cutoff date to Subscribe & Save is 11/14 with approximate delivery of 11/23. So after 11/14 it would show 12/23 for me. Hope that makes sense.
You can change the delivery date. I think it’s under manage subscription.

I used an IPad. Once app is downloaded, log in. Under your account, tab that says Invite Friends. It will allow you to enter the code. Once enter it will ask you to verify your phone. After that you will get confirmation of the $5.
I brought the wipes and it automatically took off the $5.
