Random question but does anyone know if you can get the same deals online for Black Friday deals for toy r us instead of going to store?

    • Joeyk

I remember getting them last Black Friday online. Ended up paying shipping but it was still a deal

Thank you so much! I’ve been looking for one for my daughter for Christmas! Jet.com has it for about same price too! But walmart had it for around $100 so I think it’s a pretty good deal!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      Oh awesome! You’re welcome Tabitha!

Any tips on how to teach/guide my girl to bike on 2 wheel bike? she did give it a try but i do not think im a good teacher….And then we ended up never biking again..

    • Heather N

How old is she? Lots of holding on to the seat/bars and running beside them is the best way. Also think it depends on how well they do on training wheels.

We took the training wheels off my 5 year old twins’ bikes off and told them they were not going back on. (We did the same with diapers at 23 months and never turned back!) We told told them to just glide on them without using the peda until they found their balance and then try pedaling little by little as they start to feel comfortable. They were both riding independently within 2 hours! Good luck!

Balance bikes have been great for my kids. They’re the bikes with no pedals. Two of my kids transitioned to a regular bike with no guidance from me, after spending time on the balance bike.
