I love mine and I have this exact same model. Really all you need as I have friends who have more expensive models and the only difference is a heart rate monitor and a time display. I should say I “had” one. Laid it down in my house last week and can’t find it. So sad. Going to order now as I paid $99 for the lost one. Totally motivates me and so many things you can do with it. I miss it! :((
I’ve had mine since may and I ABSOLUTELY love it!! It tracks your exercise or you can record it (i.e. if you run on the treadmill and know how many miles you did/how many calories your burned). It counts your steps, how many calories you burn, how many miles you do, and how many “active” minutes you have a day. You can also record what you eat and how much water you drink. I find it is extremely motivating bc I am constantly checking my fitbit app to make sure I reach my goals! I just bought the fitbit hr last week as a birthday present for my dad but this one is great, especially for beginners!
Collin, is new egg flash the same as new egg? On new egg they are 70 and flash 59.99 but flash looks…uhhh shady? Lol sorry just want to make sure. 😉
Newegg Flash is just the sale site for Newegg. My nephew shops the flash site all the time and has never had any issues.

Is the size small even too large for a 10 yrs old kids?
I wouldn’t think so. I have tiny wrists and can either go on the biggest setting on the small or the smallest setting on he large band. I do the large so that it is more comfy on my wrist.

This was a complete scam! This seller on Newegg.com took payment for this transaction and sent a fraudulent tracking number, only to again email myself days later to state they had oversold product and are not shipping out product and that my card was not charged. Complete lie. Now when you go on sellers site they have seem to have abandoned ship, as all items aren’t available. People please do your research before purchasing online. I have always trusted Hip2Save and felt like if Colin was posting it, the site was reputable. Not the case!

Just a heads-up that Newegg Flash (the site selling these Fitbits) is the sister site of Newegg.com, a site that has an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. Have you tried reaching out to Newegg Flash customer service to offer some feedback?

Did you ever get resolution with NewEgg? We are trying, but it is not going very fast. They have now sent an email to the seller and we have to wait 2 days before they will pursue further if no response. Of course, we are out the charge on our card for now so will have to continue to try and resolve with NewEgg or will then start pursuing with Discover.
The fact that they sold out so quickly has nothing to do with my comment. I have reached out to Newegg Flash and they also confirmed my suspiscons . A rating on BBB has no bearing on the disappointment I feel, that based on your referall to a site, I got scammed. As a long time Hip2saver, I will now reconsider what you post. Especially after your reply, trying to make light of the situation. I truly would have thought you would have wanted your LOYAL followers to be aware they could also have been scammed. To say I am disaapointed in your response, is definitely an understatement. PS anyone can google Newegg.com reviews and see it has a VERY low score. Just read the comments!
We have also had a terrible experience with Newegg. My husband ordered this, received a confirmation email, but never heard anything back. Sent countless emails and called only to be told there has an hour wait time. He finally was able to discover that the order “was canceled due to your request” which was completely false. After reviewing their Facebook page and reading similar negative posts about ordering and customer service we chose not to continue pushing the issue with the company. Luckily out credit card was not charged. I would recommend not sharing any more deals with Newegg. This was a frustrating and disappointing situation
