I bought two, when this deal was last posted in Hip2Save (about 2 months ago?). I was nervous too after reading reviews on Amazon but when I got both of them, I was thrilled. One was for my mother-in-law and she loves hers too. I would definitely buy from Buydig.com again. It came in a box that looked like it was from Cuisinart directly (but did have the label refurbished on it). I’ve been using mine for about 2 months now and LOVE it, LOVE it, LOVE it. I think people who are happy with their purchases forget to post/review their items and go their merry way, so sometimes you mostly hear from the unhappy ones. But I was nervous until I got them. The only thing about returns is that you have to pay for postage to ship back.

I purchased another item from them. No issue but my refurbished came as recertified and was a little dirty and missing a manual. They quickly gave me a credit of $15 (original price $30) and said if there were any issues i had 90 days to return for a full refund. My account was promptly credited the $15 too! I thought that was a win-win and fair. Great customer service!
