I did this a week to two weeks ago when they offered an additional reward card so you got two with each order. I only received one with my order.
Call/Email Customer service. They should fix it for you…. usually buy emailing you the extra card you did not receive.
This happened to me as well on one of my orders.
I didn’t get any- out of five orders.
They are pretty good about fixing it. Contact them, they should email you the codes you didn’t get. It happened to me last year and they were quick about it.

I received this email too and at the bottom of the red secret reward card promo window it says “Shop Now” and “Find a Store”. I take that to mean if we make a $10 in store (saving on shipping) we would still get two reward cards. Did anyone else take it that way?
At the bottom of the email the fine print states online only. But you could call your store first to double check.

To be honest the best bras during both of my pregnancies and nursing was the Hanes bandini bras. Wayyyyy cheaper too. They were perfect for when my bewbies were swollen without compressing them painfully and the fabric makes it easy to push down and nurse. Give them a try!
I have a couple of the sports style ones similar to the Hanes leftover from number two. They are comfortable and easy to use for nursing. I just wish I could find something pretty and useful for number three 🙂

I just got my order from VS using the code for two free Bonus cards, and though my order confirmation listed two free cards, the invoice in the package only listed one…so I only received one! I contacted their customer service email and they promptly emailed back apologizing for the confusion and saying they’d send my other code by email. So be sure to check your orders when they come in!

They usually sending physical cards in the same box with purchase. When I did “mail-in-entry” (the one that you requesting via mail without purchase) they sent it via email. But it says this email card can be used online and in-store (print it or show on your mobile device)

I chat with CS and she told me that as long as you put the BONUSREWARD code you’ll get two rewards card. She said that one is automatically added while the other is added when you put the code in. Hope this help.
One card is included in your order and the other is listed as the bonus card. That is what the details list for me when I apply code BONUSREWARD. Hope that helps!

i hope clearance counts for the reward card. i got 3 pair of panties for 3.99 each plus shipping total was 19.44
and i should get 2 reward cards.

Ok so I called two vs stores in my area, the store is only offering one reward card per person. When you enter the code online, it shows up as only one card, but I called customer service and the agent informed me that I will recieve two with the code. I purchased the oil. Thinking about purchasing another bottle tomorrow to get two more reward cards!

not sure why you guys dont understand that they/order wont show a secret reward card. Now when you have a code for a bonus one then the BONUS one WILL SHOW . It has been mentioned 10 other times up top
