I just wanted to comment to say that the disneystore.com’s customer service is the BEST I have ever experienced! I was not happy with the quality of one of their products, Walmart sells basically the same thing (Disney brand…) for 1/3 of tbe price. I assumed because of the big price difference that what I was getting would be a much better quality than Walmart. The product itself is such a cheap item that it wasn’t worth me paying for shipping to return for the small refund. The Disney representative put me on hold where I expected her to come back and say they wod pay for the return shipping but what she said was TRULY MAGICAL. She refunded my full amount & I got to keep the item! I’d like to note that I bought 6 of these items totaling almost $15. Full refund & do not have to return. I was speechless. I have never had anything like that happen to me. She made magic happen!! This happened yesterday & even today the magic lingers for me πŸ˜‰

Any Disneyland Tips for 3yrs old boy? We are visiting our relatives in CA ,next month. And we want to take our 3yr old to Disneyland for a day. Any tips ? Thanks

    • Nina

Nilo, take lots of snacks, water and a stroller. Besides that, enjoy!! Your little boy will love it!! We watched a bunch of Disney movies leading up to our trip so our son knew who all the characters were and he was thrilled to see everyone!! =)

Grab fast passes for attractions that are popular like Haunted Mansion and any of the updated Star Wars attractions if he’s over 40″ tall to ride on Star Tours. Definitely stay through the night to catch the Paint the Night parade! And the fireworks show if weather permits next month. If you have a park hopper ticket, I think Disney CA Adventure is more toddler friendly. They have Cars Land, Bugs Life rides are very toddler friendly. Even the Disney Jr live stage show is fun. We like the Talk with Crush show in the Animation Academy. Can you tell I have an annual pass? LOL

You might YouTube some of the rides to decide if rides are too dark or too fast. My son 6 now but was 5 this summer went we went to WDW, he freaked at the Stitch ride at Magic Kingdom so we started viewing videos the night before we went to the parks after that.

Thanks everyone for great tips 😊

Kinda Ot but does anyone know how long it takes to get a Disney gc of i redeem through disney rewards? I want to get that Cinderella mug but want to get it for free with the gc lol. If it’s instantaneous that would be so great! Thanks

    • Michelle

The gift cards are not instant from my previous experience. They load a physical one and mail it out to you and I believe it’s the standard mail time of 7-10 business days. Just double check this I for since the last time I requested one was last year. I do believe they told me that if I had a card already they could reload it and that would be instant. Hope that helps.
