It says i earned 0 points + 15 bonus points. What does that mean?
Since it isn’t associated with a flap or cap code, your total should have gone up by 15 pts.
That means they are not counting those points toward the maximum 75 points that you can enter per week. It is a good thing.
That you got the 15 bonus points but no regular points
Code not working for me. “Sorry, it looks like there was an error in the code you entered. Please try again.”
It gave me that error but it ended up being I had a space behind the code. Once I deleted that space, it worked perfectly.
Maybe try making sure there isn’t a space before or after the code? Or make sure it is in caps? Hope it ends up working for you.

I’m new to Coke rewards? Does anyone have issues with entering codes? What types of rewards do you redeem for?
i redeem mostly for movie tickets, during christmas, if i have enough points, i try for gift cards.
My kids love the movie tickets. I’m taking 5 kids plus me for just the cost of popcorn ( not that much want to save room for turkey) for the good dinosaur. Getting them away for all the cooking 😀
I always plan on redeeming mine for giftcards BUT i usually cave in and redeem them for free shutterfly gift items. in the past ive gotten the shutterfly magnet, calendar, and address labels :). With all the free shipping codes people have been getting emailed and trading this would make a pretty sweet deal probably.
So pissed. My Coke Rewards cleared out my account…….to 0 points. Thanks for letting me know about the 15 points!
Email them, they are very good about reinstating your points. I have done it in the past and they always put all my points back.
They will give you back your points as a “one time customer satisfaction”
Email them and ask to reinstate your points. It has happened to me in the past and they reissued all my points without a problem.
Contact them and complain, they will give them back. I see it all the time on their fb page
Yeah, if your account is inactive for 90 days, then they’ll zero out your points. CS is good about reinstating as a courtesy. Just remember to add a code once a month and you’ll stay in good standing. I keep a few cap codes by the computer and the 1st of the month I put one in.

i just had my points reinstated a few days ago. just talk to the Virtual Agent, Chip. he was able to reinstate my points immediately, as a one time courtesy, blah blah blah.

Cheryl, I don’t do the social media activities required either, but I still got to gold status. It took awhile, and I don’t know if this will still work; but log in daily and watch the “How it works” video / the tutorial video, and it will slowly up your status a few points. Eventually you will reach gold. Then occasionally you will have to do an activity – may be able to find one not hooked to social media – to maintain your status.
