   Having a hard time loading it in my CVS app, there’s an error message.

  Chen, I had the same issue & contacted CVS customer service, sent them a picture of the error, and within a few days, I could load digital coupons to my account. I assumed they fixed it, but haven’t seen a follow up email from them.

   Chen, I had to contact CVS customer service, send them a pic of the error & within a couple of days, the issue was resolved. I assume they fixed it, but haven’t seen a follow up email. I can, however, now load digital coupons to my account.
