I’m still so frustrated with Shutterfly. Ever since I put the free calendar/40% off code into my account, nothing else will work! Even when I deselect it. Wanted to order $20 off cards/free shipping and the shipping won’t come off, not even if I only have cards in cart.
That usually means you can’t combine codes. I ran into that a few weeks ago when I had like 8 codes to use. I had to play around with different codes by unchecking certain ones to get the best deal. There customer service is great if you contact them for help….
Thanks for responding, Leslie. I’m wondering if once the free calendar/40 off code expires I’ll be able to use the rest of my codes without trouble. I’m thinking that because of the 40 off, nothing else will work. I wish I wouldn’t have added it to my account–I just put it in there right away so I wouldn’t forget. Now I can’t turn it off 😏
At the very bottom of your promos page (when you go to it from your cart) there should be an option to deselect the % off discounts. I had to do that in my last order.
I ordered three desktop calendars from Walgreens and picked them up last night. I am wondering if the girl made them incorrectly. They were on glossy paper and are curled on the ends. There is no cardboard to support them to put on a desk. I got one at $2.99 and the others at $5.99. I am going back today to ask about them. I can’t even use them, let alone give as gifts.
I ordered one and picked it up yesterday. It was also on glossy paper and curing at the edges but it did have the cardboard to stand it up.
I’ll give it as a gift, but won’t order any more from Walgreens. Over the years I found that shutterfly has the best.
Walgreens has a 100% satisfaction guarantee, so definitely take them back. Mine are going to take a week to be ready because they ran out of supplies to make them.
When I go to create the calendar, the page consistently comes up blank! Can’t figure it out, and customer service reps’ ideas did not work.
That happened to me. I had to redownload the flash plug in and it finally worked.

I took them back and how wonderful they were! They had discovered that the machine was not the right one for the calendars. In fact, when I walked in, they had just discovered that. They do come with a cardboard stand. Think it was my local Walgreens. I have never had a problem with them before. They are going to bake it right for me. They completely understood.

So mad. Just went to pick up Calander that i ordered on Wednesday and the worker told me that the photo person is off on Fri and Sat and i would have to wait until she returns for it to be done. Then i said so no one else can do it she checks with someone and says oh well we don’t have the machine anyway. Just called customer service and she transferred my order to another store.
Remember when Collin posted the 8×10 wood panel picture from Walgreens in Sept for $4.99 each? My usual Walgreens ran out of wood panel, so I transferred it to another one. Got an email saying it was ready for pick up. I went there the following day, said they weren’t ready, that the computer automatically sends that the orders where ready, and they were out of wood panel, too. After 2 weeks, I got another email saying it’s ready. Got there and guess what? They were still out of wood panel. I was getting frustrated at this time, and the clerk said he’d talk to the manager to give it to me for free. So the third time I went there, the pics were ready, and got it for free ($26)
Darn. So glad you could still grab the deal from another store!

TERRIBLE experience, ordered went to pick up & they cancelled my order, no supplies, told to reorder dif store if did, spent over hour remaking bc said tech error and still wouldn’t work good waste of 4 hours total, this deal shouldn’t be posted, too difficult to obtain and if do get it poor quality.

I too bought the Walgreens photo calendar. First the guy couldn’t find it and told me I’d have to wait until his coworker got back. Finally he found it in the “H” bin. My last name starts with “H.”
I got home and the calendar is half blank on the front and, as I am flipping through, notice that most of the photos have cut the heads off family members and have more ground than people! I called Walgreens and the guy blamed it on my failure to look at the preview. I did look at the preview and I told him to go into his system and look at my finished product that they had printed. He did and was horrified. He said the printer should have noticed instead of finishing it. They will make me a new one free of charge but I have to go into the store and use their kiosk since their app sometimes cuts off pictures. I urge you to contact Walgreen if your item looks bad. Hopefully they will offer you a free replacement as well.

I got these and picked up today, the binding doesn’t go all the way to the end. It looks cheap. One empty hole at the end that isn’t in the binding. Disappointed. I called and they said that’s just how the machine does them.
