It all worked out! They had raised my price to $149.99 and with the 3 code discounts you told us, it took off $57.14 for a total charged of $100.51 (free home shipping & extra 5% for using Target card). I chatted with someone online and explained how the price went up while I was checking out and they credited me $50 so my total shipped was only $50.51!!!!
They kept telling me the price went up before I checked out, only I have a screen shot of the item AFTER i checked out at 99.99. I’m glad you got the $50 credit!! Unfortunately they refuse to give me the $50 credit. Not a happy customer right now :/
For those of you with it in your cart at $99.99 online chat with someone. I just did and told them that I added it at $99 and the the price went up. They said place the order and they will refund me the price difference

I also did this. When it was still showing $99 on the website but glitching and adding it as $149 to the cart I immediately called customer service. The reps are able to see several iterations of your shopping cart so they can see what price you had it in your cart originally for. My rep saw that I had the original $99 price and had me place the order at $149 and then he opened a case to refund me the $50 difference. Good luck to everyone.

Target told me no. Won’t help me out even though in cart at $99
I ordered it before the add’t 15% off code was added…that sucks! So I paid $75
I just got it for $50.51 after a customer service rep refunded the $50 difference. When I added it, the price was $99.99. Seems like I was very, very lucky with my timing today! Thank you all for your help.

Maggie, although the price difference is $50, when you take the %off ir’s more from 149 than 99. 20%off from 149 is 30 plus 15%off 22.50=55.50 off vs 20%off from 99 is 20 plus 15 (15%) is total 35. So it is actually 15 $ less for those who got a $50 refund.

I kept my cart up finally at the bottom off my Mac a Chat request area kind of showed up at the bottom of the screen. The chat worked great. They had me place the order and gave me a $50 refund so now paid $56.73 with tax (high tax in AZ) which is a $106.25 savings!! So excited!!

Thank you! I had to go through a supervisor and it took awhile but I got it for $43.67!!!
So after a huge almost 3hr hassle, phone issues, chat issues with 2 different reps both offering different solutions and my son coming up and down the stairs I was finallY able to work something out. The first rep on chat was just going to change the price back to $99.99 but then we got cut off. The 2nd rep only offered $20 at first, then went to $30 and finally a $50 egiftcard if i purchased at $149.99. So I did. I then went in and purchased the robot again using 20% toy code, $5/$50, 15% and wishlist. After $50 egiftcard my total was 44.76.
I am now waiting for the 1st one I bought for $105 after discounts to be ready for pickup so that I can return it:).

I chatted with four different representatives and got disconnected 3 times!!! The first one was ready to give me the price cut price when we were ‘disconnected’. Now I am wondering if they did it purposely each time so they didn’t have to honor their own price!!
I placed the order at the $149.99 price and if I don’t get the $50 back I will return the toy. I emailed after the third call was dropped (after speaking to two different people on that particular call) and was told via email that the price must have gone up between when I placed the item in my cart and when I checked out. But as I had already explained, if I wen back to the item it still said $99 but $149 in my cart?!
I am tired of getting this discount, I have tried 2 and 1/2 hr for nothing and found a bug on their system too, they have the worst customer care

I called Target and they would not help me at all. I even talked to 3 different representatives. They said if they gave it to me for $99.99 than I could not use any promo codes with it; it was one or the other. I spent 2 hours on the phone with them. I am so upset. I tried to order this the other day and their website said they couldn’t except my Target red card. I called them and asked what happened & they said that their website was having maintenance done on it until today so I would have to call my order in. Now I call the order in and they won’t help me. This is a mess for me. My credit card has been charged, I still do not have an order number or confirmation email that I have purchased the product . Customer service gave me an order number using my email address and that still is not pulling up my order. I was overcharged for the product by $50. Uhh going to the store now to see if I can get this whole mess fixed, because customer service will not help me.

I was able to get it for $47 after chatting with a customer service rep, I told him my cell phone would not let me add it to my cart and that when I put it in my cart on my laptop the price went up by $50. Thank you so much, I had showed this to my husband after seeing a commercial a few months ago, and there was NO WAY we were going to pay $180 for it. I called him almost crying today to tell him that I was able to order it for $47! This will make my kiddos year!

(The other code for 15% was no longer working.) I decided to give the online chat a try. I told them that this was offered for a few hours at $99 and I tried to get it for that price this morning and by the time I checked out the price charged. They told me they could offer me a one-time $50 credit for this item and they would adjust it after I purchased and completed my order. So I went ahead and did that and the adjusted it and I paid $67.98. A little higher than everyone above but still an awesome deal!! Thanks ladies!
