   Do you have to use Kohls cash by a certain time?.. Target gift cards don’t expire.. Have no clue!! Never paid attention to kohls much ;(

   I ordered yesterday! If I re order and return the first order, what happens to my kohls cash from the first order? Does it become invalid or is it taken off my out of pocket total?

  I had this happen a couple years ago when I ordered mine. A better deal came out a few days later. I contacted customer service and they credited my debit card for the difference!

  It happened to me the other day. I called customer service and they adjusted my order. I did lose the kohls cash for the amount if the adjustment but everything is on its way as in the original order . I lost 30 in kohls cash but got 100 in the price adjustment. My order should come today.

  Kohls customer service is all over the place!! It wouldn’t hurt to call back at a different time and try again. I called about an issue with a product once and the lady was great, took care of it no problem. I called back a few weeks later about the same issue but a different item and it was serious madness. Ridiculous really. Even after I got the issue resolved (which took over a week and a half dozen phone calls), I received 3 different email responses regarding my original call, and each email response was completely different on what I needed to do. LOL!! So yeah. Call again and good luck!

  No, you earn Kohls Cash on the final price after all deductions are taken. Example, your total is $100 (earning $30 Kohls Cash), and you use $30 Kohls Cash you already had – bringing it down to $70, you would only earn $15.
