Last time I did the Carmex deal (last week), I never received the $5 Gift Card.
They removed the gift card deal right after I bought the packs last week. The gift card never showed up in my confirmation email and no way to prove they had the gift card deal online, so I cancelled my order.
Happened to me too. I decided to cancel but it was too late since it was ready for pickup. I was told not to pick the items up and I would not be charged, and I got an email saying the items were picked up??? And I was charged??? Ive contacted the store and the 1800 number and no one seems to know what happened. They insist I picked up the items. I will go to the store today and ask them to look through their cameras, I feel insulted and on top of that I will not trust that store anymore.
Sorry, Mariah! I just saw this response now. I hope Target did the right thing. I’ve always felt their customer service in store was top notch…now Walmart though, don’t get me started! Hope you received resolution! Happy New Year!
Can I find out if my local Target offers a $5 giftcard for 3 Carmex products without going to the actual store?
My store did not have a tag up stating that these were buy 3 get $5 GC. But it rang up at the register!! Great stocking stuffer and donation item!
