Just a heads up, I ordered from AE on black friday and have not received my order so I called them and they told me they cancelled it cuz there’s no stock. Didn’t even send an email to let me know. Would never order from then online again. They charged me and have yet to refund it..
Mel, I’m with you. I had a negative experience with an AEO online purchase last year and will never order from them again. They did not include a blanket with my order, which was to be sent when the customer spent a specified amount. When I followed up with customer service, they refused to honor their promotion. I had only spend the extra money to receive the blanket. Very disappointing.
Reserve it for the store if you’re able to then you can pick it up. That way you don’t pay till u get there 😊… Just an option as I’d be upset too if I didn’t get merchandise after all this time. Thanks for the heads up👍🏻

Same here. I’ll never order from them again. I ordered around the holidays last year just for my order to sit in the “processing” stage for two weeks, just for them to cancel it. This company doesn’t impress me as a shopper at all.
