Quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I was told by 4 different agents that my order had shipped and given a date it would be recieved on only to have ALL 4 dates pass with no package. Then told it never shipped in the first place and entire order cancelled and no teven offered a discount code or ANYTHING. Horrible to talk to.
Ive had the same issues here, terrible customer service. I placed a $200 order on November 11th and it still hasn’t shipped! Shop at Carters better customer service and great shipping speeds!!

the WORST customer service and shipping. I place an order on November 11th for $225 and it has yet to ship, they refuse to refund my money. I will only shop at Carters now, great customer service and shipping speeds!!
I agree!! I placed an order on November 16th and after calling twice and complaining about my order still not being shipped they expedited my order and I finally received it today! The CS agent said that they have been slammed with orders. I don’t know that I will ever order from them online again after such a horrible experience!
I placed an order on nov 25 for the first time with Gymboree and received mine today. However it was only a pair of tights and a headband. I think it’s pretty crappy that the shipping is faster for a small $6 order than for a $200 order. Sorry to everyone who’s had trouble.

Agreed! Shipped to wrong address once and wouldn’t refund me!!!!! Made the mistake of ordering again and it never came. Finally called and they said it shipped that day. Weeks later still no package. Called and they said the order was cancelled! What?! Will not order online EVER again. No deal is worth the hassle with them!
