I’d like to gt my nephew a pullover from here. I’m worried about the sizes. Anyone have any knowledge. Off the bat I’m thinking these run small? Would he swim in an XXL or would it be equivalent to an XL at Old Navy, for example. He’s a tall mediumish build 17 year old. Any help greatly appreciated.
Hey Eve, personally from my experience the sweatshirts at Aeropostale tend to run very very small. I would definitely get him and extra large. But the quality of these isn’t very good at all. I would recommend American Eagle. They have high quality sweatshirts for like $50. Really cheap.

I LOVE Aeropostale hoodies! My hubby is 6′ 1″ 220 lbs and I get him the XXL usually. If I order from American Eagle (I don’t pay over $20 usually because they have great sales) and get him the XL Tall size.
BTW- Hubby has a long torso, that’s why I go with the XXL- for the length

Thanks Collin. I did live chat and was told that they’re experiencing delays. I asked them to cancel my order. I hope that those who ordered items as Christmas gifts, will receive their items in time.

Someone mentioned to me that they have changed there clothes recently. They spoke with a clerk that said they did a store overhaul( not sure if its true though) on that note…I love there sweatpants, I wear a medium and I think they are baggy on me, and I by no means am a junior… Im 35 ha.
If it helps anyone, I’m a women’s XS and these clothes fit me fine. Places like Target, Old Navy, etc are always much too large on me but an XS at Aero fits like a glove – I actually buy my camis from Aero exclusively because they fit the best.

Everything that I purchased last year for my boys has held up great. The sweatshirt hoodie we bought is very thick and nice quality. I would say it’s better quality than my son’s gap hoodie. We also bought several wintery themed sweaters and they look nice on them and have been worn quite a bit recently. I definitely feel like the hoodies are a deal at less than $15.
