  I’m on a desktop and still can’t check out. I have a plenti account through Rite Aid but I don’t know my number. How do I find that? Is it the same # on my rite aid card I keep on my keychain? Thank you!

  Did you ever register your plenti account? If not download the app (much easier) and you can retrieve your plenti info by entering you phone number. Hope this helps.

    The mobile site was insanely slow and keep freezing up. I downloaded the Macy’s app to see if that would be more streamlined and was able to add the boots, lip balm, get free shipping, enter my info, and checkout all in less than 2 minutes.

    So if anyone else is having issues try the app!
