I have $6.00 plenty points on my card. Can I use those to mak OOP less and still get the points and Catalina? Also does the Catalina roll? I never shop RA but got the gift cards this past week and got plenty points so I am not sure how it works. Thank you in advance and Happy Holidays everyone!

yes you can roll your points at Rite Aid. Earned points won’t be available to spend until the following day after 6 am. Also, if you select to use points, the register will use them ALL. You used to be able to change the amount. But now, once you select Yes at the beginning of the transaction, you can’t back out. I read about a workaround, select No at the beginning, but you have to pay cash up front, and know the exact amount of points you want to use in order for it to work. Personally, I don’t have very many points right now to figure it out, so it doesn’t bother me to use $6 and earn $4 back.

Is this catalina only printing at this store?

  3. Carla

So the $5 Catalina that you earn when you buy 2 diaper packs is good for anything in the store or is it a Catalina for more diapers??

  4. Cytocine

    Yes

the catalina didn’t print for me. I bought 2 size 3 baby dry. Bummer. I think I’ll just have to return them. The deal isn’t all that great without the catalina!

It didn’t print for me either. I had to show them the sign and they adjusted it as a coupon. The manager had them pull the sign so I’m not sure if it’s a goof.

  6. Tammy

Would this work for Pampers Easyups?

  7. Kelly

My cat didn’t print either but I showed the cashier the sign and she issued me a $5 gift card!

      Sweet!

I did not know cataline a lot. If it not print out, where can I find the sign in store usually? Can anyone tell me more about the detail? Thanks!

  9. rommey

what is catalina? sorry, this is the first time I’m hearing this. And how do you show sign if this doesn’t work? I mean, where do I find the sign? Thank you!

    • Ashley

The sign is right by the pampers diapers on the shelf. It didn’t work at my store but the sign was there. Manager gave me 500 plenti points and took down sign. He said he thought it was a misprint and thought it was supposed to be $5 back when you spend $20.

  10. Shari

I got a Catalina for hair color 😕 might have to return too

  11. Jessica

Mine printed on my receipt. What is the limit?

    • Suz A.

I don’t know if there is a limit to how many coupons you get, but there is a limit of 2 Plenti point offers per card. I doubt there is a limit as long as you split the transactions.

    • erica

Jessica, is the $5 coupon that printed on your receipt good for anything in the store or is it off your next pampers purchase? Thanks in advance!!

When I purchased the Baby Dry Size 4 packs on the 14th, I did not get the coupon. I immediately sent Catalina a message because there was no signage in the store and the employees knew nothing. This is their reply:
    Good day!
This is an update regarding your coupon fulfillment request. Per Campaign Account Manager for Rite Aid, the “Buy 2 packs of Pampers Diapers, get $5 off NSO” is not a Catalina promotion.
Required dollar amount and exclusion of items or UPCs are determined based on conditions set by the retailer.
Catalina Marketing prints coupons based on these conditions. We apologize for the inconvenience because we cannot offer fulfillment for this request.

I called 1-800-RITEAID and after explaining to the woman that I already contacted Catalina, she said they are mailing me a $5 GC. Yay! Don’t have to return!
