I will never order from Kohl’s I just got shoes from my daughter Christmas gift. Both shoes were different style and both left shoes. Called customer service and they didn’t even care they told me to return it to the store or they could send me a shipping bag.
I know human error happens but I would expect better customer service 🙁 smh

I expected at least a sorry even attempt to care and offer a coupon. The girl just didn’t care at all. I was not expecting her to give me anything for free. She could also have attempted to help me find another shoes that would make it in time for Christmas.

I’m not sure that’s the normal response from customer service at kohl’s. I’ve had great experiences, even when It’s been my error (ordering the wrong size.) I’ve had a replacement item shipped free and at the discounted price even after the sale was over. Sorry you got a bad rep.
It took a couple weeks to get the refund, but I recieved a pair of used boots thru the mail from Kohl’s… With dirty socks and all. They refunded without having to return so it wouldn’t effect my Kohl’s cash. Worst thing I’d ever gotten in the mail lol

I always have really good customer service from kohls. Once an item didn’t get put into the shipping box but it was on the receipt and they refunded it back to me no problem. The lady even said I’m sorry and I believe you!

We’ve all had at least one horror story with a store’s customer service department, including me. I’ve been a Kohls shopper for years, and I think that you simply cannot beat their sale prices and deals. I placed an order recently for two items, one of which was an ornament. The order came quickly, as usual, but the ornament was missing. I called customer service and they placed the order for me, again, and at no charge, of course. They said it would arrive by Monday, but I was nervous about that. Well, I received the package YESTERDAY!
I’ve dealt with Kohls customer service a few times and have always been satisfied with the outcome.

I received a dinged up frame with no glass at all and a game that had been opened and looked like it was purchased at goodwill. I called and complained and was also told I had to drive to the store to get credited. I felt they should at least reshot the items and have me stick this junk back to them in the mail. Why should I spend my time and gas because of their error? When I said this, I was offered a 25% off coupon when I can get 30% right now anyways. Really crappy service to give a MVC cardholder in my opinion. However, I did order a bunch and everything else was ok but they need better quality control.
I ordered a baby gate online to prevent my dog from going up to the second floor in our house. I received my shipment yesterday. It was a pair of snowman earings and to top it off, one was even broken. I took it back to the Kohls store and they said it happens a lot. They took the earings back and refunded my card but didn’t have any gates in the store and told me I’d have to go back online and try again.
I bought one of these blankets a few weeks ago. It’s so soft and snuggly…..my only complaint is that it isnt big enough to share with so eone sitting with you.

I just ordered a big one throw. My order is going to be delivered by Christmas eve and was only $11.18. You can’t beat that price for getting such a nice throw blanket delivered so late in the season! Thanks to Collin I have gotten such great deals.

These are the most cuddly blankets I have ever owned. 😊 I bought one for someone last year for Christmas and had to buy myself one after realizing how soft they are. My husband loved mine so much I ended up purchasing him one and after one year they are still soft and cuddly! I just bought the cuddl duds Sherpa blanket this year to see how it holds up and compares to this one!
