Would either you or anyone else mind sharing if it says a delivery date yet? I know it says a week but I’m not sure if that included processing time and we’re about to go out of town for two weeks. My 3 year old beautiful Ashley couches have been through about 6 moves and springs are trying to escape from the back. So that couch deal is too good to pass up but I’m worried about it sitting on our porch for a week.

You can’t just register for access. You have to be a military member (active duty or reservist), one of their dependents, retired military member, etc.

Make sure you check around the site. I just scored some awesome deals. Both hubby and I just retired and did our last PCS! We need a lot of furniture to replace stuff we outgrew or got damaged in all the moves.

My husband was honorably discharged and was told that he is no longer eligible to the exchange. Would some mind letting ordering this dining set for us? We have been looking for a few months now and this price is awesome.
The system waited till I entered a credit card and submitted the order, to tell me “Product Ashley Shylyn Dresser not available.”??? Whatever… I really hate their website since they did the overhaul late 2014. Had really bad experience when they messed up multiple of my previous orders.

I just read somewhere that it may have been a glitch and orders are being cancelled. 🙁 I ordered last night and no email regarding cancellation, yet. I’m staying hopeful.
Spoke to someone in customer service and was told the prices are a glitch and that the orders will be cancelled, bummer.

SO frustrating… Chatted with a rep and they are canceling both of my orders. They are still allowing people to place orders and are just going to cancel them. They are “working” on adjusting them

I hope this is not true. But I just read from other comments that all unbelievable prices for items the couch, dining set, etc. where posted in error. Our money will be refunded. Ugh. Bummer
Spoke to a rep. Unfortunately, the price was to be $149 or $199 off the reg. price but somehow ended up being the selling price. The website should be updated by tonight or first thing in the morning. As a guide, if the discounted price is more than 30% off, it will more than likely be cancelled. I really wanted the $50 nightstands.

NO! Ive been talking about it all day to different family members on the 2 giant sectional couches, 4 dressers and recliner for $1500.

Almost 8pm and the $150 price is still showing. It doesn’t take that long to take it down or change the price.
All I see is “… WILL BE cancelled…” “…ARE BEING cancelled.” But no one said, “My order WAS cancelled.”
It is really not that unusual to see clearanced items at 80% off. I’ve ordered NUMEROUS items (i.e. $398 handbags for $79) and received them with no problem.
I do hope those who ordered will get them.
Right?! Until I get a cancellation email, I’m still hopeful. They should have pulled the items long ago for a glitch…especially with the hoards of people calling them about it(which really doesn’t help people!). If they do cancel them all after allowing it to go on so long, that’s just really bad business practice IMO.

I got a notice, today, on the table and chairs, and 2 recliners, that I ordered and was told my order was canceled. Price was a mistake. I have called and was told they would not honor the wrong. Price. You know the saying too good to be true? They have changed the prices now.

Mine says shipped from supplier processing order. Not sure what this really means?
That means it would be shipping from the supplier, not the Exchange. Processing means it hasn’t gone thru yet, can still be cancelled. If it ships you’ll see that processing change to shipped.
I received a cancellation notice from the Exchange a few days ago. A couple hours ago, someone from Ashley Furniture called to schedule a delivery! Sooo…. Free bed??
So we ordered a sectional couch and a dining room table with chairs on January 3rd. We got a cancellation for the couch on January 7th but the table and chairs we received a shipped email. I received a phone call last Friday confirming deliverable of table from the ones delivering it. I received a phone call this morning confirming delivery tomorrow morning between 10 and 2 and then got a call back this afternoon saying the Exchange told them not to deliver it bc it was cancelled. We have received no cancellation email from the Exchange about the table and chairs and our credit card was charged. We were expecting a table and chairs tomorrow and everything showed that we would be getting it (confirmation email and shipped email). Not happy about it being cancelled like this!
Interested to see if you get it. They scheduled a time for me tmrw from 12-4 with no indication it was cancelled.

Yes, the couches were delivered. I’m almost certain erroneously though. I had called to verify delivery that day and the person said AAFES said not to deliver, but the delivery guys showed up at my house an hour later. I’m thinking they didn’t get the memo. I never received my code email either but used the JANFURN code on some items. However when someone I know tried to use it the code did not work.
