I am still waiting to hear on something I was supposed to get “free” after cash back and it takes 3 to 4 months to make an inquiry into missing cash back. Not happy with this company so far.

I did the minions bluray sign up and it showed the cash back pending properly…the full 18.99- then magically three days ago it dropped to .19cents cash back(or 1%) not really sure what to do? Anyone have any advice? Never used them prior to that deal always used ebates.
You can launch a missing cash back claim. Always keep your confirmation email as you will need it to get your money back. I’ve had that issue a few times with that site, but they have always given me the money I earned after I’ve issued a missing cash back claim.

I asked via the facebook site about the $10 during the Minion and this is the response that I received:

I’ve taken a look into this for you and I was able to see that the $10.00 sign up bonus was made available until the 16th November 2015 however it does appear that you signed up on the 18th November 2015.
Unfortunately, this will be the reason why a bonus wasn’t applied as we can only award this bonus for sign ups made within the offer period.
I am sorry that this is the case here but any further questions are more than welcome.

I contacted them about this a few days ago. They said the $10 credit for new members had expired before I had signed up. And I signed up the day Collin posted about the deal. You can try, but I wasn’t able to get it.
I also signed up during the Minion promo. I just got my payment for $18.99 this week. No $10 credit though
Make sure if you sign up for TCB that you allow cookies or you won’t ever see your cash back–they are sticklers!

I did the cellphone deal from TopCashBack that was posted here a long time ago. Topcashback ultimately gave me my cash back, but not after drama about their vendor not doing their part of the deal, etc. Never used them again after that.
