Meijer: Possible *HOT* Deals on LEGO Friends & LEGO Elves Sets (Reader Clearance Finds)

While visiting my local Meijer store yesterday, I noticed the majority of the LEGO Friends series were on clearance. It included the Heartlake, Elves AND Pop Star series! Most items were 25% off, a few were 30% off, and one LEGO Elves set was 40% off (a few LEGO City and LEGO Star Wars sets were also marked down, but the majority was LEGO Friends).
What made this even sweeter is that Meijer is offering an additional 25% off taken at the register for select clearance items, and it applied to the LEGOs! As an example, I was able to get the LEGO Friends Heartlake Private Jet, originally $29.99, marked down to $22.49, so with the additional 25% off clearance items at register, the final cost was $16.89!
I also scored the LEGO Elves Treetop Hideaway, originally 49.99, marked down to $37.49, and with the additional 25% off clearance items, the final cost was $28.11! I’m not sure if this was regional or just a this particular store, but it was such a hot deal I thought I would pass it on! Our gift closet is now stocked!

It is a NO GO in whitestown, IN. For some reason, they did not even have a lot of girl lego kits.
I was able to jet a Lego Junior set that was originally 19.99 on clearance for $14.99 and 25% off of that…so close to 50% off! I Also got some Sponegbob Mega Blocks for close to 50% off! They also had some Lego City sets on clearance, but we had them already 🙁

Found Lego Friends on clearance in Merrillville, IN but they did not have the additional 25% off.
Not sure why Lego made the elves sets?? My daughter doesn’t like them at all—why not another Elsa frozen one?

There are new Frozen sets- 2 new ones just released last week. And there are new Palace Pets Legos too. Some girls do like the Elves sets though.
