My order for the boots where cancelled too but I received an email explaining with a 25% off coupon. Coupon just isn’t good on clearance items. Maybe check your junk mail??
I would have been happy with a coupon. I emailed them asking why most of my order was canceled and it took 9 days to do so and they basically replied they could do nothing (sorry not sorry) thanks for understanding

Last time i ordered the boots and a pair of jeans. The jeans fit me perfectly and i love it. But AE canceled the boots and hasnt refunded me yet. I want to order more jeans but dont want it to get canceled and no refund
Do their jeans run pretty close to size? The reviews are mixed, some say they run small, others say they run true… any feedback would be appreciated.
I’m 5 ft, 115lbs wearing Straight jean 4 short pretty comfortable but the skinny jean the same size a little bit tight the waist. Hope that help.
All their clothes are HUGE imo. I always size down.
I am 5’11 and i find they run pretty true to size. The X-long is perfect length.

Someone in my area is reselling a lot of the boots and jeans that most of us had cancelled orders for. $25 a pair!
That kind of stuff makes me mad. I had so many things canceled from my order and customer service’s reply was basically like too bad
How do you know if they cancelled your order or delayed shipping or what. I’m still waiting on my cozy boots.
Part of my order was also cancelled last time and I recieved gift cards in the mail with my refund. This is the first time it happened to me though. I love AE and always shop when they have sales…I never have problems and always get great deals.
American Eagle is an AWESOME company. I have ordered jeans for my husband and son for years. Usually you can get them decently priced…I had a horrible experience with them ripping right at the zipper and they exchanged EVERY SINGLE pair (I had 4) for a brand new pair even after they had both worn these jeans several times. I will continue to always do business with them!

I’ve never had issues with them unless a deal is posted to this site. Same goes with a lot of other companies. I think the sheer volume of buyers overwhelms them. You’ll notice that a deal is going on for a few days but then when it is posted here, everyone bombards the company, all trying to buy at once. The websites just can’t update the quantities as fast as people buy. American Eagle itself is a great company with really nice, unique clothes.

I agree! I bought the boots earlier in the day before the deal was posted here and I received that pair. I ordered another pair after it had been posted here and it was canceled. The only time my orders get canceled are when they have sales like that.
I had a couple items with my last order cancelled with an apology email and coupon. As others stated it wasn’t good on clearance but was still a nice gesture. I work with inventory and it happens where it’s off and you don’t have the stock to fulfill. It’s not the end of the world.
