My last order with kohls, I ordered a $99 purse and recieved a $59 jacket. I called them that the order is wrong and I have to make a special trip to the store now just to get my money back. I asked them if there is any thing they can do for me because I really wanted this purse for the weekend and all she offered was 20% off and free shipping. I always buy at kohls with a 30% off and free shipping but 20% is what she offered. Do you think she shouldve given me a gift card or something to make up to a mistake for something they did. I did not place the order again because I dont want to charge double amounts on my card again 🙁 So mad!
I think you should call them back and ask them to email you a prepaid label so you can just stick it in the mail and not have to drive there. I would also asked to speak to a manager and request a deeper discount and free Express shipping for the purse you ordered in the first place. Good luck
Mistakes get made. I know its frustrating but I think she offered what she could and its just time to move on.
I had multiple issues like this during Christmas! I received the wrong items and broken items! Kohl’s is really slacking off and their customer service is not all that great! I will no longer order online from them unless I can pick it up in store. I am fed up!
I had major issues with some orders during black friday. Their customer service was horrible. I felt like they just kept giving me the run around.
So they never went above and beyond for anyone basically because this is an everyday thing?
Kohls should have given u some kind of a goft card or something like a $10 or even a $20 what an inconvenience
Kohls used to be my fave because they had awesome customer service. Lately I’ve gotten wrong items and had to make multiple trips to the store and multiple phone calls. And then I’m not able to get the item I ordered for the right price because the sale will already be over. It seems like the in store customer service doesn’t have the control they used to. They can only do what their computer allow, I’ve even seen them call the customer service number for help. I get very leary ordering from them now.
Do you give a gift card or money every time you make a mistake? Mistakes get made, we are only human. Yes, it’s a major company but I feel they apologized properly, and gave you a coupon, which should be sufficient.
Got several Christmas items I wanted for next year… all without leaving my house!

I didn’t get mine either! I was wondering the same thing. I always get mine a few days before the sale starts, too. Hmmmm.

I got mine 2 days ago. It was a large postcard, not wrapped up like it has been in the past. It is easy to lose, or get stuck in with other mail (or taken). I got 20% off, last 5 times I had gotten 30% off.
I got one yesterday, but only 15% off.
Got mine last night.
If you have a smart phone download the kohls app and in the wallet section type in the 30% off code and you never have to worry about finding the mailer or what % you got.

I never get one. I have checked and double checked that my address is correct, that my settings are correct to receive paper mail and email, but I never get either – and I check my spam folders regularly. I’ve been a cardholder for 5 years. It’s been the past year that I haven’t received any coupons, or if I do it after the sale is nearly over.
I use the app so whatever percentage is mailed ends up in my wallet on the app. Maybe try downloading the app so you get the percentage coupon as well as the special $ off ones. I had the baby one in there and didnt know it. Hth.

I ordered that Columbia sweater before Christmas. It came in wrong color. Called them, they told me to go to store or they will send UPS. So I did that. They then went and shipped new sweater. Let’s just… 3 sweaters later I never got black. I got grey all three times. Spent the whole week before Christmas on the phone. Every time asking for a manager but they would never transfer me or they would hang up. I even went to store to get information and they just looked at me like an idiot. I was so fed up with them. Now I left three messages for corporate. She calls and leaves a message saying she is going on vacation for two weeks. So now I am playing phone tag again with them. Sure mistakes happen… But this year was ridiculous, and they were rude. All for all my trouble I only got offered 20% off and the one sweater I sent back by UPS. They won’t refund the money I spent on it. It’s been a nightmare.
Since you received the same wrong color each time, sounds like a item coding issue in the system, which they need to have some go look at the physical stock and labels.
That’s what I told them. They ask for SKU and it showed grey on their side. So someone in packing was messing it up. But when I told them to let the shipping dept know, they refused.
They have extreme shipping issues. I ordered a ceramic bank before Christmas. It was wrapped in a piece of paper and mailed in a paper bag. Guess how I received it? In a million tiny pieces.

How did you get all three coupons to work. I have a baby order and it wouldn’t take both the baby code and the 30% off code. 🙁 Am I missing something.
In order to use more then one code you have to do it from a computer.
I use 4 codes from my iPhone all the time
I also had several problems with them inside the store and online with customer service. I don’t shop Kohls too much through the year but for the past 3 years starting the Veterans Day sale to after christmas I spend thousands with them. Never had problems until this year. I do 98% of my shopping online bc the store in my town is small and never has anything. They shipped wrong items and somethings never showed up. It has been 2 months and I just got the problems resolved but when I say it was HELL to get them to fix it thats exactly what I mean. I called over 5 times was given the run around by several people, spent hours each phone call waiting. No one was very helpful or nice until I finally went off. Then they connected me to someone who handled everything. I was also offer a 20% off a phone over and free shipping. Which I told them No thank you!!! First like the lady said above, I use 30% and free shipping and I don’t have time to call in orders. Who has time for that, when I can order online quicker.
We had a lot of issues this holiday season with kohls. Items delivered to the wrong place or returned to the vendor. It took 8 weeks to get a refund and constant phone calls to get our money back. Ended up with a few Christmas gifts.

I bought two Toy boxes, Originally 235.99 and 99.99. I paid $168 for the both of them will all the codes! Great deals!! I love the stackable coupons. Plus, I got $30 kohl’s cash that starts the 19th so it can be used on these sales!
When I use the “LOVE2SHOP” code I get a message saying “The Promo Code you entered can not be applied because items in your shopping bag do not qualify. Please add eligible items to your shopping bag.”
But it was stated this was good for 30% off everything??
