Any codes for the curling wands? I need a good deal on it (although I am a bit wary of ordering from NuMe…I hope they can prove me wrong)

I just bought a curling iron (magic wand) from NUME and I have to say I’m very disappointed. I wish I would have done more research on their curling irons before I purchased one. I didn’t realize that they didn’t come with a lever to hold your hair when curling it and I also didn’t know they didn’t come with a stand to hold the curling iron when you set it down. When I called them they said I could buy a mat to lay it on and if I wanted instructions on how to use the curling without a lever to hold the hair I could google it. This wasn’t the product I thought I was getting so I just figured no big deal I’ll just return it……they said I have to pay $12 shipping to ship it back AND a $14.99 restocking fee. I could buy another curling iron for that much. So now I’m kinda stuck with it. I would just advise to do the research better than I did on their products.

Awwww bummer, Katie. I love their wands and have the mat. Maybe you could give it a shot? I’ve had it for three years and use it often. I’m happy to mail you the mat and glove if you’d like (: I don’t use them. Let me know and I’ll dig them up! sjboettcher11@gmail.com

Not sure which wand you got but mine is the magic wand and it actually stands up by itself similar to a regular curling iron. Also, if you have trouble using it, there are lots of YouTube videos or ask your stylist to help you.

Nume doesn’t sell any curling irons. Although, wands are essentially curling irons without a clamp or stand. Sorry you didn’t enjoy using the wand, but it is great for creating long lasting curls.

I bought the nume wand awhile back and so bummed I didn’t do more research. It’s been a complete waste of $70. I have finer and thiner hair and it’s worthless on my hair type. Nume did recommend this particular wand to me and it’s still worthless. Do you research on this before you make the investment. I hate to see someone else waste their money like I have πŸ™ Still so disappointed πŸ™

I have fine, thin hair and use their straightener and three sizes of the curling wands. I’ve had the straightener for over 5 years and it’s still going strong. All are great and worth a try for their price (on sale). Hope someone enjoys this deal.

I have a wand and a staightner from Nume and LOVE them both. I definetley recommend them πŸ™‚
