Some reviews say they only got 1 when they were supposed to get 8.. Is this a scam????
Have had this problem with multipacks from Amazon before. The description says 6pack or 8 pack but only one comes in the box. It is a hassle to try to get refunded.
This just happened to me with some sandwich crackers. It was supposed to be 6 packages and I only received one.
The phone call to try and get it straightened out was pretty rough. 8-ct package, 6 packages – the CS Rep I spoke to had a hard time wrapping her head around that apparent brain teaser.

I did this deal on 1/15. I received my order a week later as part a Subscribe and Save order, and I did get only 1 single 0.25oz jar, not an 8-count. I contacted Amazon Chat the same day I received my order, and the rep issued a replacement order no problem. However, the replacement order was also only 1, not an 8-count. I contacted Amazon again and the rep confirmed there was an issue with the item description which is why I wasn’t receiving the 8-count I had ordered. He apologized for the inconvenience, issued me a refund (giving me the option of a refund to my card or a gift card balance added to my account) without me having to ask, and that was that. The rep said Amazon is in the process of fixing the error. I just wanted to let others know in case they had issues also.
