Hurry on over here to send someone a FREE Personalized Kleenex Care Pack – start by selecting the message you’d like to send and who you’d like to send it to. You will then be directed to the Kleenex site (you will need to log into your Kleenex account or create a new one) where you’ll fill out the mailing address for the person you are sending the Care Pack to. Note that you can send up to ten care packs. Each Care Pack should arrive within 5-7 days but may take up to three weeks for delivery in some areas.

I was trying to send one to my mom and it kept telling me to enter a valid city. Apparently her small town isn’t valid. Lol!
I was trying to send on to my sister in los Angeles and it would not except it until I made it one word LosAngeles. I guess they can not be tow words. We’ll see if it will be delivered like that.
By any chance, is the city two separate names? I noticed that when I combined them to one name, my city was valid :p so weird!
I had a space after the name by accident and it told me the same, check to see you don’t have any spaces

Same here Jennifer so in the place for city I wasn’t able to separate the name if it has 2 names like mine Idaho Falls had to be IdahoFalls. Hope that works for you.
It did the same thing to me. I had to put my Mom’s name Mary Ann as one word. lol
I had the same problem with Port Saint Lucie (not valid). Customer Service ((at Kleenex) told me to put dashes in between the words and it worked!. Evidently the site abhors a vacuum!

I won’t let me send any. I am on a desktop and have tried Chrome, IE, & Firefox and have tried 3 different people: “We Appreciate Your Commitment to Care To make sure everyone has a chance to share care with someone who matters, we’re limiting the number of Care Packs you can send to 10.” 🙁

It worked for me from my iPhone. I was able to send 8 of them to my familiy. Really cute. I hope everyone gets them.
FYI…For those having issues with names being accepted. I realized you can’t use spaces for any of the “names” or the “city” (e.g. AnnMarie Instead of
Ann Marie, or NewYork instead of
New York.
It’s not working for me on either chrome or Internet Explorer. If you go to their Facebook page it looks like a lot of people have also had issues with their website!

Tried 5 times to send a care package to my Granddaughter in college. I hit submit and it keeps sending me back to register. Guess it’s a fake offer!!!!
